Definately not in the same league as Easy!

After Rec league baseball (about 3 weeks) would be the best for me.

I then would spend more money to get the house ready to rent and look into the business side/league aspects of renting a home.Positives - Long-term financial benefit; I would assume that I can get roughly $900 a month renting this home - after taxes and insurance it would be safe to say I would profit $725.

One of their clients who came over called them "Bush League" and I found it kind of funny.

These sellers seemed out of their league. 

The other markets that I was considering before I made a decision were League City TX (10%), Pearland Tx (11%), Texas City TX (8%), Norman OK (12%) all have  a price to rent ratio that is lower than Winter Garden.

As turnkey as possible with opportunity for organic improvements and revenue growth as units turn over but I'd prefer to stay away from a major league rehab at this point. 

We heard about a bowling league called "The Lousy Bowler's League" and knew it was perfect for us wanna-be bowlers so we all joined.

This lets me know I have more calls to come and all I need to do is hit the ball 3x.While this may discourage new investors, you must think like a pro baseball player, if you hit the ball 2 out of 10 times you are in the minor leagues, if you hit the ball 3 out of 10 times you are pro ball player and making millions.
