price to rent ratio (Winter Garden Florida)

Hi All,

So I have already chosen a market (Winter Garden FL).

However, I did an analysis of the price to rent ratio and learned that in last 12 months the average price to rent ratio in this market is 14.62%. ShouldI be concerned about this?

The other markets that I was considering before I made a decision were League City TX (10%), Pearland Tx (11%), Texas City TX (8%), Norman OK (12%) all have  a price to rent ratio that is lower than Winter Garden. I. understand that the lower the ratio the better. I read that a good ratio is under 15%. Is that right?

According to the data Winter Garden is "Size/ranked" 150. I read it should be ranked above 110 though?

I got this data from:
