I'm going long on precious metal mining stocks.

I am so fortunate that I have families and friends who trust me enough with their own precious money that I have private money to invest. 

You could consider some private lending, multi-family or commercial real estate, or other non-real estate assets such as precious metals (a hedge with a small allocation only, of course) or digital currencies.

Cash is precious, you need it for spending, for reserves, and for future investments.  

I can go make more money any day of the week but can't get back the precious time in my life to live in a way that makes me happy and fulfilled everyday.I am all about good passive return with less of a headache.

Precious metals have more of a track record of course but the decoupling of the paper price and the physical prices blindsided a lot of metals enthusiasts.
