Hi Guys,I have a property under contract, the garage is on a hill and the downhill side post and beam foundation appears to have sunk 3-6 inches causing the garage to lean.  

You give an inch, they take a mile.

Caked on an inch thick. 

In hindsight, it's way more sensible to drywall over the walls with quarter inch or half inch drywall.

We needed to get a specialized inspector because the initial inspection report said that one of the walls was an inch off.

The sub used a 1/4-in. square notch to sparingly spread budget mortar for 18-inch square tiles and dropped them in, because r'aal professionals don't need no stinkin' backbuttering and swirling spreading is good enough for mastic, so it should be good enough for mortar.

As the balance inched up, then taxes were due.

The edges have a smooth quarter inch rounding which the sheets butt together.
