Not to say this isn't a good sector.  

I work in the private money sector focusing on OKC and Tulsa. 

(Yes, I'll own it -- Accusations like that, made against board games of all things, are what happens when nerds major in PolSci and then get careers in the financial services sector...)

I have a couple cases that I would turn over but I don't have any experience with that sector.

I will share the benefits and advantages of this sub-sector, some obvious and some not so obvious but my main goal is to educate on the advantages of utilizing this new alternative building method because it has serious benefits in terms of supplying more affordable housing to a stagnant industry and has the means to reduce waste in ways you cannot even imagine.

For example, FHA’s pledge to downsize it’s multifamily loan programs in 2014 will surely will open up more opportunities in private sector lending.

The truth is if these were services left to the private sector, you would still have to pay for them!

However if they're in the tech sector then yes the majority of those are landing in Austin. :)
