I know it's easy for me to mistakenly think that I understand my recipients' behavior (when I really have no idea what's going on in their heads, who reads what, what exactly stands out to people, what each person's motivation is, etc.).

But they won't think twice about doing their own direct mail after reading a few a few blog articles about it.As someone who's done quite a lot of both (and yes, full disclosure, I offer services in both areas also) I can tell you this:People's internet behavior is atrocious.

I don't want to receive bad service because of my behavior, as I know "problem clients" are sometimes pushed to the side.

There are many posters on here that want to rationalize their unethical behavior because it puts some money in their pocket.

I mean, who decides what is proper and what is deteriorated behavior?

Sounds like unlawful behavior for profit to me.

SO you are taking the wrong conclusion that the behavior of people clicking on your ads look and feel like those in desperate need to sell.Your data does NOT represent motivated sellers.

Hard to say you "changed your mind" when your behavior doesn't change isn't it :)Be bold Be thorough and use your professionals and their accumulated wisdom.  

My tenants pay every month, but I've received 3 phone calls about their behavior from the park owner since the beginning.

I moved out of the unit in January as I found someone to rent and in the first month of the new tenant living there they too filed a complaint against the below tenant as they heard verbally abusive behavior as well.
