I would recommend making a visit here and surveying the market.

combined was well over 100k we got paid.. then the big one 7 years ago for me was the fact this 3 lot project in Oregon was land locked  very complicated title company hired attorney and the attorney and I worked on it for almost 4 years to get it straightened  out I had title insurance for my purchase of 140k ( I had spent another 100k on demo and perk test well test survey etc. .. but I demoed the houses and was getting ready to build 3 new homes and when i went for my construction loans thats when the access came up..

And does not take into account surveying, utilities, etc.

If not, use the USDA soil survey maps.

Expenses such as surveys, appraisals, or other “Service Provider” services connected to the closing may be paid by the partnership from profits generated at closing.

DSCR can be a purchase and the appraiser does a rental survey 1007 form that's the number that is used.

In demand will be at least 3 months for legal, surveys, etc.

I would also check and see if you need a site survey.

I always suggest getting a survey done, and if you have past soil sample reports even better.  

In my "9-5", I work on a lot of as-built surveys for architects/home owners adding ADU's.
