Seattle won't let you use ANY criminal background,  with exception of sexual abuse as an adult,  and even then you have to have a 'business justification' if you deny based on it.   

I did some projects around the house, chilled a bit, cooked a lot (I has now a stay at home husband with a working wife) and then decided that watching daytime TV and watching rents come in was not very fulfilling.

well you just learned about one of the top business enterprises in the state of Utah and that is fulfillment companies.. these companies not only rep real estate but pretty much any other business or speakers that are on tour selling anything from books tapes to tony robbins etc.they are very good at what they do... they are brought up and used to rejection and that's who they hire to sell you and beat you down..

Focus on building genuine relationships rather than building a "client base" and both your career and life will be more fulfilling.

I also am wondering because as far as I know, the seller’s property is used as collateral so if the buyer is unable to fulfill the loan, the seller gets the property back anyways.

Now what that means is that if your HML pulls out and you can't get a loan, you are still liable to fulfill that contract.

I could continue to do what I have done so far and maintain the status quo, or put it to work using the ambitious bulldog tenacity I have always had but never felt was being fulfilled.
