Since you don't have a time machine, you can't do what you should have done, which is to install window units in the bedrooms at the 24 hours mark.

as there is a lot of inventory as you move into nicer type properties the inventory gets cut down quite a bit and or the sellers tend to be a little more educated on what they have.. so its takes a large marketing machine and budget to really get any traction.. taking a course and doing it solo is pretty darn tough..

So our options for machines were:1.

Ask if the international tenant knows how to use a washing machine, furnace, etc, etc.

E.g vending machine (luxury food/drink items etc).
