As for Oak Harbor where I'm currently at, I've only looked a little, but the rents here are much lower then everywhere else and prices are high.

My theory is the trees, all of the lots on this street are heavily treed with well trimmed live oaks, it makes a very good impression on the drive in.  

I'm located in Dallas, TX specifically Oak Lawn.

Every time I buy tax liens in Sedona or Village of Oak Creek they redeem fairly quickly.  

I'm in Sherman Oaks too.

The renters/buyers there aren't commuting to Seattle (not many at least but I do know one) but between Boeing, the Navy port and the Naval Air Station in Oak Harbor there are plenty of people commuting from the Mount Vernon daily.

If you call your bluff, file a complaint with the Commission and they get to answer that call from the state.

@Jorge Santiago - welcome to BP.Alonna - there is a DIG subgroup that meets in Oaks, just a few exits from you off of 422. 

My property is about a 1000 ft outside that loop.3 of my addresses are facing Springhill Ave, and zoned commercial, while the 4th backs up to these parcels, faces Oak St. and is zoned residential.The smaller house, commercial building and large metal building are owned free and clear.
