My name is Andrew, and I'm looking to get out of the TV biz eventually. I bought a triplex in the mid-city area about 5 years ago, and it's done very well for me. I'm trying to use the equity built up in it to buy a SFR to flip. Just can't really figure out how to do it. Seems like the equity I have would barely be enough to make a down payment on another property, and then I'd have no money left to actually fix the place up. Trying to figure out my options.
Not really interested in hitting a home run with this first flip. Just trying to come out positive and learn for the next one. Any advice I could get would be great!
