In really old houses around my area, there was this yellow pine that they used for flooring, and this really looks great when re-finished and left un-stained.

We installed it in a house to "look pretty" but 2 years later I bet they are already scratched and/or stained.

I pulled both and they had nasty stains on floor and swill around flange from a leak.

Its amazing how we can own our own home get 5 to 15 years out of the carpet but our renters cant get hardly 6 months out of it and its all stained to hell its like its intentionalsmooth flight tonight can't think of a better thing to be doing on a 6 hour flight but trolling BP... can't beleive I only found this site about a week ago :)

Besides the nasty carpet stains and general filth in the unit, they left all their dogs' poop in the back patio area, and they left some food in the freezer, and some meat in the kitchen sink.

Inspection report shows dry stains on roof sheathing (2 days after a heave rain) in areas where boots were replaced, some caulk between trim and siding had shrunk, some pieces of siding that we seem to have missed does need replacing.
