Land is still speculative, you'll sell at the top of a boom, but developers don't want to hold raw land.We are seeing demand for industrial product as a result of the TI semi conductor plant in Sherman, places in Denison, Sherman and Allen are getting more tenant inquiries on vacant spaces.

My house value (according to Zillow, etc.) has risen 5% since this announcement :) Intel did this in Washinton county Oregon when they spent 10 billion on fab plants 10 years or so ago right in the middle of the GFC that single handedly kept this part of Oregon from Cratering.. my Daughter has worked for intel for 16 years now and since pandemic no longer has to go to the office..

The city is seeing growth from the arrival of a $20 billion Intel chip plant and other businesses expanding like Amazon and Honda.

Intel is investing $20 billion to build chip manufacturing plants in Licking County, which is projected to create 30,000 new jobs.

Time to plant some white pines.  

Once it's all painted, add some light touches of color and life with some silk plants and nice window coverings.
