Years ago in my early to mid- 20s my business partner and I bought a house trailer and did a rent to own for someone who worked with us.

I got me a dump trailer so I rent it out every so often.

Any thoughts on living in a trailer on the property vs. living in the house?

Does he have title to the trailers..( you'll need that to sell them )It will be tough to get a loan on the mobiles.

Currently I'm saving up for a down payment on the next purchase.Cheyenne has high home prices, it can be difficult to meet the 1% rule.There is a trailer park with 22 units for sale ($249k) in a nearby town that is tempting, but the down payment would take some time to save up.It's great to be on here, I love the podcast.

The challenging part is what an rough occupancy rate might be during the months where staying in a travel trailer would be popular (April to October).
