Hello BP. I have been been looking at some perspective rental properties. I am very interested in a manufactured home(trailer home). I am looking for feedback from anyone who can give me their opinion  on these types of properties. This would be my first deal. I am ready to go forward, but I also want to be conscious of my decisions.
