If that’s a $100 solution I would do it instantly, if it was a $200 solution I’d probably do it anyway.

Everyone seems to want the instant gratification of swinging for the fences, but few hone their craft and learn as they build a solid foundation.

One question for you, how much of an impact does not accepting "instant bookings" have on your listing? 

I would never tell my tenants I was leaving town, regardless of the reason.Here's another pitch for Google Voice:  it will take all of your voicemails and transcribe them into an email and send them to you instantly. 

Lots of folks use Venmo app for paying people and things and the money is there in almost an instant.

I instantly pulled over and wrote down the address to search out the current owner/s.

Some, on the other hand, pay Investors the Interest instantly, meaning as soon as you pay the lien or purchase the certificate, you start earning interest on your money.Your Best Strategy Is This: Prior to attending the Auction/Sale, Just ask for the rules and ask the person/office who is handling the sale if interest is paid as soon as the lien/certificate is acquired/bought, or is the Interest Earned paid some-time after.

Don't expect instant results.
