many would ridicule them for this as people could not understand why they did not want to juice returns..I sold all my rentals a few years back but i do have new construction projects that will come out of the ground later this year.

People do much more damage than little rat dogs etc... crayons on walls, cracked windows, smoking, fruit punch stains on carpets, holes in walls, disgusting bathrooms and kitchens are all caused by the people not their pets.Then, when it comes time to renew their lease, my little $20.00-$25.00 nuisance increase is not a big deal.
