Thanks for the reply @Grant SmithI did look at some comparables and felt like my rental had more square footage throughout the house, nicer appliances, and close to highways/public transportation versus other properties in the area.

There are some solid pockets in the outer rim of the county where the complexes are more buyable based on price point, transportation proximity and make up of the complex (Amenities, etc) This also is based on what you can qualify to purchase.

If you work in the city think about public transportation if you are up for it.

They are buying land behind it for more parking and buildings.Now converse that with a 30 year old mall 35 minutes away that is enclosed.

Also, transportation expenses, clothes, etc. are not accounted for.  

The reason for choosing the area is the proximity to North lakes shopping centre, the brisbane CBD, public transport access to it and the University being constructed.

Right off of I90 and I5, easy access to transport options with views of Lake Washington.

I live in Wilsonville with my wife and two children and have worked in transportation for my entire career.

If they have any kids, how do the local schools that   How close are they or do they have to use school buses or public transportation that are available for them and where is the nearest bus stop for them or the parents?
