Any Investors in Brisbane Australia???

Hi,

Im Australian and have just started my journey to financial freedom by choosing to become a property investor. I'm currently doing research on the processes and it seems that education is the most valuable tool from what I've been reading so far. The area I'm looking into is Petrie/ Kallangur, About 27 km North of Brisbane city. The reason for choosing the area is the proximity to North lakes shopping centre, the brisbane CBD, public transport access to it and the University being constructed. Just wondering if there was any members familiar with the area or if anybody had some views/ better ideas?
