buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $1,325,000
Cash invested: $450,000
Sale price: $2,349,000

Great cash flow investment in Seattle. Incredible cap rate and amazing location. Right off of I90 and I5, easy access to transport options with views of Lake Washington. A little reno went into each unit to update appliances and kitchens, making it easier to up rental rates.
