I was contacted by a representative from a rehab agency for recovering,non-violent, drug/alcohol abusers.

I didn't feel comfortable asking for more, they're paying me rent to be able to have a "normal" house and I'm very conscious that since I was able to show the house and I didn't want to abuse this fact, if you have demand you won't need more than 3 evenings to find a quality tenant with the right pricing.

I have also seen very intelligent Agents go out of business because they let people abuse their time and knowledge.Even though you might not require good reviews or references, I do suggest googling to see if an Agent has BAD reviews, as that would be a red flag to me.  

Guys - We did have to make some changes to our PM system to mitigate rampant abuse.  

I also think you need to watch maint expenses closely since that is usually the biggest abuse by PMs.

You didn't say what platform, but if he does politically oriented YouTube, you could open yourself up to discrimination charges, or, if he does sexually oriented camming, you could be accused of sexual harassment.

It doesn't waste my time that's why I offer a co-brokeI don't blame the agent I feel for her & don't want to bust her chops b/c some knucklehead has told her he's a big time investor and now he's running her ragged until she realises he's a bum & he finds some other poor agent to abuse. 

I've gone away from installing hanging mirrors in our rentals as they have a way of finding their way off the wall with tenants.For Laminate Countertops we use Milano Quartz 4726-52, looks FANTASTIC and hides USE/ABUSE very well, be sure to get the -52 "Quarry Finish" as it holds up better than the standard laminate finish -60

mhmm needs work and asking 700k although i know brooklyn is really hot now i don't think mill basin is one of the areas on fire which are basically within a 2 or 3 neighboorhood distance from williamsburg like bushwhack is exploding along with bed study and than of course downtown bk and even greenpooint and yea some people may be able to get 1800 for a similar apartment in mill basin but i know theres not a lot of subway out there and how far out is it... maybe the pricer rents are all located on the corner of a bus stop or express bus stop...
