If you are looking for solid long term rental fundamentals (positive net migration, job growth, housing under supply), Atlanta definitely exceeds Chicago in all aspects.I would imagine that there are some very appealing places to invest throughout Chicago due to the fact that the city has natural borders and can only expand so much.
