Title insurance for Alabama tax deed. Already have quiet title.

I acquired the tax certificate in 2017, and acquired the tax deed in 2020. The quiet title was completed January 2021 but Fidelity National Title will not provide insurance until I've have the tax deed for 3 years.

Any suggestions for another title insurance company that will provide coverage for a tax deed that has a quiet title?
