Hello all, I'm excited to join the Bigger Pockets community. I've read a couple of bigger pocket books and listened to numerous podcasts and figured it's time to introduce myself! 

I live in Queens, NY and started investing in Buffalo last year. I own a 2-unit house in south buffalo and am looking to buy my second.

If anyone is or has a real estate agent they recommend in the Buffalo area that would be great. I am looking to buy multi-family houses near one of the college areas or in south Buffalo for around 60k-90k.
