in our bigger years in the late 60s and early 70's it was not uncommon for my dad to sell over 1000 lots in a calendar year... buy them at tax sale for 50.00 dollars sell them for 299 cash  or sell them on terms 100 down 50 a month and maybe sell them for 1000.... this has played out in virtually every state west of TExas and florida as you probably aware.Its a fun business but far more to it and buyers are much thiner these days.

However, what I did not like was their shared calendar for your cleaning staff.

Everyone tells you they have training, but if they don't have a classroom to do it in, and they don't have a calendar, then you have to ask yourself how serious they are about training. 

Deals aren't a good substitute for time in the business, because a lot of things happen with the turning of calendar pages.Just my perspective.

If they are spread out over more calendar years, better for taxes too.  

We had been working directly with a cleaner but the communication was getting to be a lot and calendars didn't seem to line up (cleaners walked in on a tenant once). 

You can get most of this information by checking a handful of properties in the area on VRBO/HA and Airbnb.Look at how full their calendars are and what rates they are charging. 

I would never recommend or do business with a company with such stupid and effed up marketing practices.These jerks tracked down my CLIENT scheduling tool and placed a meeting on my calendar so they could pitch their crap to me.I don't care if it's the best product out there, I'd never ever ever do business with, partner with or otherwise have anything to do with a company with such a slimy marketing tactic.

Looking to add 4-6 to my calendar for the year.

Everything else - the calendars, the photo descriptions, even the payment platforms - are worth squat.
