Hi there,

I have experience in the STR market in Scottsdale AZ. With the newer laws being passed in Henderson NV I am wondering if anyone has had experience owning and operating an AIRBNB property here. Please share what your experience has been with occupancy, nightly rates, best times of year or any other knowledge you can share. Thank you!
