Hi everyone I am just getting started in owning some of my own rental properties and was looking at using Azibo to do my rent collections each month. I was just curious if anyone uses Azibo and if they know if it automatically pulls the money from the tenant bank account when it becomes due or if the tenant has to send the money across?

I would never recommend or do business with a company with such stupid and effed up marketing practices.

These jerks tracked down my CLIENT scheduling tool and placed a meeting on my calendar so they could pitch their crap to me.

I don't care if it's the best product out there, I'd never ever ever do business with, partner with or otherwise have anything to do with a company with such a slimy marketing tactic.
