I’ve chosen my niche as rental properties for college students with a secondary niche of multi families for the general public.So far I’ve been talking to some realtors, touring houses, getting preapproved, talking to lenders, and connecting with real estate attorneys to make sure I don’t break any laws with my first property.looking to connect with others on here (and hopefully in person too), learn, and eventually help others.Outside of real estate, I work a full time job, exercise, spend time in the outdoors, and chill with my dogs.looking forward to meeting y’all

Especially when compared to those outrageous GURU seminars, boot camps, bus tours etc....

I knew a few other owners of condos at this resort, and decided to tour a couple and make an offer!

Since December 2018, they introduced several new programs such as property tours in Atlanta, San Antonio, Roofstock One, Weekly webinars that I tried my best to attend and learn, bring your own property program (BYOP) etc.
