V have sent thousands of letters and postcards, and the result was less than 1%.For example from August 2015 to February 2016 (that is 6 months), we emailed about 4000 postcards and letters and received 7 phone calls ending up getting 2 listings.

this is the perfect time for you to get creative with your investing or don't do it, one thing you can do is become an AUTHORIZED user on your parents credit cards. please do your own research on what that details. since you are working you could send out post cards to everyone in you area and wait for the calls to come in, this might take a while but when you talk to the sellers you can mention that you are willing to do seller financing.

I will have a separate number for the postcards so I can better track the results.On the weekends I am also driving for dollars , taking addresses and compiling my list.For the driving for dollars each time I get 10 leads I am planning on sending out Letters.If anyone has advice for me feel free to chime in.Thanks

We kicked off our first marketing campaign last month and mailed out 2318 post cards focusing on absentee owners (which we pulled from MLS) and houses we found when "driving for dollars" in 9 zip codes.
