To be honest, I think 2 days is too long to reply to a tenant's problem.

And to be quite honest I don't think an auction is the solution either.

To be honest I think I worked less than 10 hours a week just calculating ARV's, making decisions etc behind the scenes while my rockstar assistant took over my place in the same Florida market that I was supposed to dominate. 

Hello everyone.I am hoping to soon purchase my first property.It will most likely be a buy and hold.I keep reading about 'knowing your exit strategies' but to be honest, I have no idea how to plan for this.Basically, the only reason I can imagine needing to exit is if it starts bleeding money.

I did hear about some deals and opportunities with them first on FB and have made some money of those ventures so worth hanging out sometimes on there just for that.In all honesty I would rather spend most of my time here on BP.
