Wet the siding with a garden hose before removing (and occasionally rewet you debris to keep dust/fibres down).  

Then, include a gardener in your rent and require the tenant to let the gardener take care of the backyard.With a lawn, it's just a matter of mowing and weed-eating the edges, & leaf-blowing leaves into piles in the fall.  

They even complained on one that the local chipmunks and squirrels had eaten their plants in the garden (complete with photos of chewed plants) - and the remedy they sought for each of these filings was termination of the lease.

On day one I took a garden sprayer and mixed a heavy concentration of commercial bleach and water.

Have to say though, they did me a massive favor as I fired my gardener and evicted a tenant from their conversation.

They can have a little garden area, or have a barbecue, all of the things you can't normally do or enjoy in an apartment.I found them to be really easy to rent out.

Garden-wise, I'd take all of that hedging away in front because it distracts from, rather than highlights, the front entry you want to make inviting.
