Section 8 rents are good in relation to the market prices, values are fairly stable, population is increasing and there is a strong rental market with good public transportation.

That is material, tools and equipment, transportation, and not even factoring in time saved from free delivery.

The excess is meant to cover typical family needs, such as food, transportation and so forth and is referred to as residual income.

The county you live in Monroe is among the best counties as it has stores, transportation to NYC, recreation a highway network and affordable housing.
