I’ll go to auctions with specific houses in mind that I’ve scouted beforehand, but I‘m confused on how I can secure the funds with a private money lender before I even know the purchase price of the house or even which of my pre-chosen houses I’ll get or WHEN I will even be successful at auction. 

CT is no different in this regard, and it's making people offer 30-40K above list price and still not being chosen as the best offer for the seller.  

These two recently offered a two-day "crypto, DeFi, NFT, and Metaverse mastermind" for a whopping $24,000!!!!  

My chosen course of action: I will let the lease automatically convert to month to month with a required 30 days written notice required from either the landlord or tenants if either wishes to not renew.

The graduate degrees were both FREE from private schools too because our employer at the time paid for them.There are a lot of variables that enter the equation here too....like employability, lifetime earnings, degree chosen, freedom the change careers, etc.

If the stock market index fund is crashing by 20% or more, a 7 to 9% return from a boring, well-chosen income-producing property might make some people jump for joy.

Rather than inform you that they’ve chosen another unit, they ghost you.
