Yes, I know listings and clients go with agents and they are welcome to take them if they had that attitude being shown the door.

I believe with all of my heart that people can do great things when they come together with a positive attitude and vision in mind.

On the other hand his general attitude and lack of transparency throws up a lot of red flags for me.  

I have not spoken with the husband, she said on the phone that he pretty much threw it in her lap and said get it done, but I am well aware of how attitudes change when it comes to signing a contract so I made sure he would be present when I do a walk through of the home.  

With the amount of money that goes into Real Estate it still blows my mind that people have a "let the chips fall where they may" attitude. 

Every tenant that has not paid rent and been served the Pay or Quit, or made it to eviction court, has that attitude.
