Hat's Off to BiggerPockets,

Where dreams become reality for real estate...

I would love (for informational as well networking purposes) to know what the Baltimore-Washington investors' community has observed in regard to flipping/leasing/renting in this area. 

Wide open discussion for all interested, I need to pick up on certain attitudes and housing practices out here.
