Just one question per call is all you need....then follow those leads.I would also say, grab another agent or two in your office that is new.....tour every single house that your brokerage has listed.....ask the agents in your office if they have listings you should tour and leave them feedback....that way you get to know prices, neighborhoods, conditions, etc...and get to know all the other agents in your office.

I've done construction for about 20 years, so I waived the inspection in lieu of touring the property myself and inspecting the "bones".

It really depends on your personal skills and the honesty/skills of those working for you.If you have a knowledgeable agent, they can walk the property and shoot a video tour with you.

If it's your first investment and you haven't personally met the sponsor yet, then I'd recommend you spend the time/money to go tour the property, meet and talk to the sponsor and ask all the questions you have.
