Now after listening to hours and hours of pod casts, and reading so many of your posts I just have to say where have you been all my life.

A loan mod is essentially a red flag that you did not repay your debt as agreed.

Including: webinars(w/ lots of free stuff), pod casts, education material, hard money lender, job postings, and also a market place. 

I  love watching those pod casts.   

The loan mod was early this year due to the sellers falling behind on their payments.

You will find resources here from blogs to pod casts and forums.

My major complaint is the fact that as an interesting post is developing, complete with a lot of great information, a mod decides to delete the entire post thus depriving those following it a lot of great back & forth information.The recent post regarding 1099's deadlines per se is one sorely missed example.In the consideration of those of us who do appreciate specific information it maybe more productive (of the mod), to specifically delete the offending entry or inappropriate information.If 'Mod forbid' it absolutely has to be deleted at least give those of us 'following the topic' a curtesy heads up so we can copy/paste the informative feedback.

Explore the pod casts for additional excellent information.  

Review some of the materials in the dash board section, there is a lot of good information available and the pod casts are also a valuable asset.
