The "hot" markets usually hit rock bottom the "hottest" means possible when the economy sucks just as stock sectors do.  

I wish I had decades of experience and can compare and contrast the banking sector before the crash but I don't. 

There is regulation and then there is persecution... if you are/were in financial services, there are elements of dodd frank that just seems was meant to cripple certain facets of the sector.

Whilst incomes overall have been somewhat stagnant, so has inflation and there are always some sectors where significant increases in income offset decreases in other sectors.

So what your saying or should I say what Elon is saying there would be such a decline in human population that will run the RE sector to unpredictable lows, which is impossible and if RE was ran by that the government would just ease immigration and add more to the number.

The growth in Orlando is being driven by many factors including a low cost of living, several billion dollars in recently completed and planned infrastructure improvements, large growth in their healthcare services industry, and a booming leisure and hospitality industry.
