I've read enough credible complaints of how they rip ppl off, do not obtain the financing they promise, and generally run a shady operation to steer clear of them with a barge pole. 

To me, recency to the eviction date probably fuels the motivation, so I'm hesitant to trickle mail them over a long time.

@JD Martin  I just thought it best to agree with him.. that's what he wants.. and when you lay it out you see that it would be near impossible on a one off deal to get this deal unwound.. but as persistant as John Is if anyone can do it maybe he can.he should probably talk to his polictical reps as well.. one may take an interest for him and run it up the flag pole.

Despite @Aaron McGinnis sarcasm being unproductive to the conversation I am going to dignify the post with a sarcastic response of my own: [sarcasm] In my case I suppose that the 5 master electricians who have worked on my rehab, the who knows how many staff from the regional power company who agreed to upgrade the service from 60 to 200 amps (including a new line from the pole, new point of connection, new drop and new box), the county permitting office who approved the electrical permit, and the county inspector who approved all of the work during his concealment inspection must be in cahoots with each other.

I wonder how many emails Daniel has sent to the corner gas station, advocating for a "sliding scale" on fuel prices, or to the neighborhood supermarket to stagnate food prices from when they were first a customer? 

Cap and trade is all but a certainty and the increased fuel and energy costs will kill the economy (even more than they did with the recent oil crisis).

We no longer allow satellite dishes to be attached to the building, but rather we have them put on a pole or even on cinder blocks on the ground.

Increased demand, fueled by post-pandemic retail consumption and improved retailer profitability in 2021 and 2022, led to fewer large-scale closures and less space re-entering the market.

I am passionate about  this & it fuels my action plan everyday.

One way to avoid that issue is to require that the dish be installed on a free-standing pole.
