When we got back from vacation we watched the security camera footage and discovered that the kids climbed the fence WITH THEIR PARENTS HELP everyday and used the pool!  

Or climbed in a window and unlocked the door from the inside

The $5K for suffering was due to the wife having to change shoes from heels to flats to climb the steps out of the parking garage.  

My focus had been climbing the job ladder, but after taking note of the lives of several high level managers in the corporate job, I realized working your butt off to move up the ladder is an empty pursuit.

@Josiah Patrick Zebarth yesterday I (excitedly) got up at 2am to climb a 14er and snowboard down, I'd be happy to get up that early every day to do that sort of thing.

To top it off we were at record high growth in the stock market. record low unemployment, GDP was climbing, housing was up to record highs. 

Indeed the market is being pretty good but prices are climbing fast.Just make sure you can cash flow based on the rental market Avg prices. 

It's not ready, the yard is a mess, and the landlord is telling you he'll be around indefinitely making noise and climbing around in your yard working on landscaping.  

We also have to understand if the unemployment rate keeps climbing.

The only question is how far down will we go, and how long will it take to climb out?
