Some people sit down on it and rock back and forth which can cause a weak seal as you press down.

My advice is to do what you feel is right and don't feel pressured by either the agent or some chronic Eeyores here on BP

I am not saying that there are not Realtors that will place weak offers, but they will only get away with that for so long before other Realtors will make it very difficult for them to place an offer on any property.

The reason I bring up these examples is because women often times show more compassion than men, which ironically most men would say is a weakness, but it's not.

I struggle with similar fears and the fact that I am an introvert and I'm not the must outgoing person in such a relationship based business,  but it's a weakness I'm willing to work on.

So if a plumber tells you a pipe is weak and it might burst, and you say, "ok, schedule it" and the next day it burst, destroying a tenants stereo, I'd say you are NOT liable.

He will have a weak-but-positive cash flow immediately and has a plan to increase cashflow over time.  

Some people see those who are "nice," as weak. 

Alcoholism grabbed hold and I was chronic late stage by 37.   

I’d also add that historically, one of my personal weaknesses is being too analytical / diligent.
