I set up the dining area with a keurig and coffee pods, just cheap ones I bought in bulk at Walmart, which you wouldn’t do in a room rental situation and had plenty of dishes and made sure I kept the kitchen picked up although it was their job to clean up after they cooked.

One of the companies that I know do this, it was a weird story, workers were housed on a double bunk beds like a military camp, and operated similar to one, they hired one to cook food and do errands.

It even has gas, but only in the original part of the house (for water and heat), so no cooking with gas!
