The electrical is mostly updating electrical outlets and moving some electrical around to accommodate the new kitchen that will be installed (demo already done).  

However I just found out permits were not pulled for what work has been done, demo of electrical, plumbing, and structural work.

I also really like 33619 as there are a lot of blue collar workers/families there and not as much crime as other areas that have similar demos. 

Insane….But I digress…One silver lining: it looks like this largest investment-aged demo is at least putting their money to work, even if they can’t invest in a home.

The young professional is a great target demo in Worcester.

I've never use Reonomy before but based on the demo they run I think the function to locate true owner is great.

We are currently rehabbing the rental unit (have our kids demoing, plastering, painting, etc.) with the goal of doing AirBnB/VRBO. 

If a real estate agent wants to show the house, I gotta have the utilities on so they can demo the house - how can I keep those costs at a minimum?)
