New Investor, Morro Bay CA
Hello BP community!
Long time lurker and first time poster. I have benefited so much from the BP community already. Now its time to hopefully give back in a meaningful way. I have considerable knowledge around building/rehabbing. Also in the trenches with data & analytics relevant to the investment community. Ask me anything!
I just delocated from the Bay Area to California's Central Coast where my family and I bought our first house-hack. We are currently rehabbing the rental unit (have our kids demoing, plastering, painting, etc.) with the goal of doing AirBnB/VRBO. Hard work! But the best kind of work.
My wife and I want to pick up another rental next year and have been exploring a few locations in California where the 1% rule still pencils out (rare though). We are also interested in a few communities in New Hampshire where we have family and could potentially build a team.
