Florida is a giant trailer park with access to the beach. 

It's like selling a trailer/car/kitchen table/car/speaker system/wading poolIs there land involved?

They built a shed, moved a large storage trailer onto the site, added a shelf to the bottom side of the carport roof, blocked the egress to the back door by setting up shelves in the interior hallway, started storing things under a tarp outside the back door and even created fencing around that pile.We negotiated with them that they could keep the shed, but the trailer had to be moved off the property, the shelf had to be removed from the carport structure, the egress to the back door had to be sufficient to use the exit and the outside pile under the tarp and its fencing had to go.  

Rehab two more trailers and place tenants by Dec. 1.#2.

Manufactured homes(think trailer park) are built to HUD specs, while modular are built to IBC/UBC standards. 

in-depth information, concerning trailers or trailer parks when it comes to rehab,buy&holds,fix&flips, rentals, and wholesaling.when it comes to trailers, can you use the same information, tactics, and tools provided on bp, to have success, or being that's totally different marketing, I would have to take a different route?
