Sold a mobile home (to be moved). Buyer wants money back.

Title says it all. 🤦🏻‍♂️. The buyer was an eager young lady. Single mother. I was asking 20 but took 18k for the Mobile home. Her movers showed up and claimed the home was too heavy and the roof was bad and can’t be moved. I’ve already signed over everything to her and have been paid. She now wants the money back and doesn’t even want a second opinion on the move. Any advice? My first deal hasn’t gone as planned.

Seems like a solution to this problem might be to contact your movers for a quote. If they're more expensive you could offer to cover the difference...which is better than having to fight this out. I'm guessing it's her problem and a 'buyer beware' scenario, but if you can come up with a solution that's probably your best bet.
