Charleston even though I stumbled on it from the advice from one of the TV guru's I know 5 years ago.. but it tooks some kahuna's to build new construction were we did.. so in a way I think we took risk that most would not take and we got rewarded.Log prices in our area are way up though .. my partner in my logging concern ( I no longer am a partner so I guess X partner is more accurate) is doing quite well..

Down at the local library I've checked out a ton of books on as many subjects I can find from short sales, negotiating, financing, to title insurance to landlording and am working my way through them.My goals right now are to:1)educate myself about all types of real estate investing.2)maintain and continue to improve my credit scoreI hope to be ready to begin investing in Real Estate after I graduate, until then I'll continue to sock away money in the index.The wealth of information is truly incredible and am so glad that I was able to stumble upon this site.I am excited to join this community and continue to learn.Larry
