As residents of South Forsyth County for the past 9 years, my wife and I have observed many of the same phenomenons that you and others have described with both demographic changes and school performance in previous posts.

If it's a matter of winning bids, I have won several on HUBZU, however, I always wondered the same thing as to whether the bidding war is against other real bidders or simply the site operators. at least with HUBZU, no such abnormalities were observed, where the rules say $5k increments but a winning bidder does it by $1k :-)

I'm not saying it's a bad move, and this was just my single observation.

(How creative, LOL...ask me how the city of NOVI was got their name).Now, if you looked at this info above, most outside observers could come to a rational conclusion about property values, areas to buy for rentals,...flip, and so on...and, most would be wrong. 

I just want to observe and get experience on the process.

It is my opinion and observation that is the probable reason for this lack of closed volume, as, our months supply is actually not up much at all.
