Also remember that , I subscribed and read all the Harvard business review articles on this topic but the book beat all of them .

He will try to justify that joining his program will be your best option, unless you have an unlimited amount of money and time to spend doing the research and learning real estate investing on your own, but the reality is that it does not take much time nor money to learn what he teaches, and even more; it will basically take a dozen of some of the best real estate investing books on Amazon and the time to go through them, subscribing to good sites as this one, and joining a couple of good REIAs in your area, without having to pay for such expensive and useless mentoring.

It's not very difficult to see (for me, at least) how many of these left-leaning tenant laws subscribe to the ideas touted by socialism, which is an idea borne by those with a liberal mindset regarding society. 

Flipster is a great software but I subscribed to the $97 plan so what I go was very limited in terms of the number of leads you are able to download per month as opposed to Propstream.

I don’t charge them for the cost, I am subscribed to the service though.
