We always send a letter first with all of our contact information when we transition existing tenants to our management, then our leasing director goes out and meets them, talks to them, shows them what our trucks look like so they know who we are (we do a lot of drive-bys when we're in areas just to eyeball for outside issues).

Hi Guys...I read the book...and I loved it... there are some great insights in there...from the website, I sent an inquiry for the coaching program...I had a call from someone who scheduled a phone call with what he called "program director"I've just finished the call with that guy who appeared to me like a salesman who tried aggressively to sell me the program on spot for $ 4,899.He tried to embarrass me by making me feel that if didn't pay immediately, then I'm not serious about the coaching, I'm chickening out and accordingly I'll never be rich having this attitude...he tried to sell me a service that looked very vague to me!!
